Hence, your brain with time will pick up some of the habits you admire in your mentor.
By rewarding progress
Rewarding progress can also make the brain create new habits. For instance, if you are planning to lose weight and you are trying to create healthy lifestyle habits, you can reward yourself as you progress. The reward could be based on how much weight you gain, how long you have avoided junk or a timeframe that you have not missed your exercise routine.
